Even though being near-sighted is annoying the majority of the time, there is one that makes it all bearable, getting new glasses. 🤓 For all my fellow spec wearers, I’m sure you can relate but for my 20/20 friends (I envy you big time!) think of getting new glasses like crawling into a bed with fresh, new sheets. It’s simply one of those oddly super satisfying moments that can’t really be described!
After about four years of wearing glasses with my old prescription, I decided it was finally time to start seeing clearly again and I began researching places I could cope a new pair. One of my friends recommended, Warby Parker, an affordable and stylish eyeglasses company. I quickly searched the closest location near me and visited the store next day. Immediately when you walk in, you are greeted by the extremely friendly staff. I mentioned I had never been there before and after asking a few open-ended questions about what style I was looking for, they were able to point me in exactly the right direction.
From there, the shopping process was extremely enjoyable and seamless. I picked a couple frames I liked, asked for opinions from the staff on which one was more flattering, and then paid via a iPad. Overall, the entire shopping experience lasted about 30 minutes and I received my new glasses in the mail in about two weeks. Talk about a smooth process!
The pair I went with is called “Blair” and if you’re in the market for a new pair of glasses, I highly recommend peeking their website (linked below!) or visiting a store location near you. The quality of the glasses completely matches the price and there truly is a style for everyone. Cue Hilary Duff, and I can definitely see clearly now. 😉 So spot you later hauties!
